We do not share your personal information with any third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver our services. We require all third-party processors to maintain appropriate security measures.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law.
- Inquiry / contact data: Retained for up to 24 months from last interaction, then securely deleted.
- Client project data: Retained for the duration of the project plus 3 years for legal and warranty purposes.
- Analytics data: Anonymized and retained for up to 26 months, per Google Analytics default settings.
- Financial records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
Upon expiry of any retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be attributed to you.
